ZDtE Market Intelligence is a quantitative market analytics platform that provides data visualizations, statistical models, and research tools related to options markets (primarily SPX/SPXW 0DTE). ZDtE Copilot (AI Assistant): The platform includes ZDtE Copilot, an AI-powered conversational assistant that allows users to ask questions about market conditions, model outputs, and options analytics. ZDtE Copilot is powered bythird-party large language model technology and provides responses based on real-time platform data. ZDtE Copilot is an analyticstool only - it does not provide financial advice, execute trades, or make investment recommendations. All AI-generated responses are subject to the limitations described in our Investment Disclaimer.
Discord Community and Social Media: ZDtE operates a Discord community server and social media accounts (including Twitter/X) where we publish market analytics, ML model regime observations, and volatility data. The Discord server includes both free channels (e.g., market discussion) and subscriber-only channels (e.g., Pro Insights, Pro Analysis) available to paid-tier members. All content published through Discord, Twitter/X, and other social media channels is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Free Tier: Limited access to basic analytics. No payment required.
Paid Plans (Core, Pro): Access to additional features and data as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Square). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, visualizations, software, algorithms, ML models, analytical methodologies, and trade names, is the property of ZDtE Market Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
The platform incorporates data from third-party sources including market data providers, exchanges, and financial data vendors. This data is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data.
Market data displayed on this platform is for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual tradeable prices. Real-time data may be delayed. Refer to your broker for executable quotes.
AI Services: ZDtE Copilot utilizes a third-party large language model API to generate conversational responses. Your chat messages are transmitted to the AI provider for processing under their commercial API terms, under which your conversations are not used to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZDtE MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND DATA PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE COMPLETE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZDtE Market Intelligence and its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading or investment decisions; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Opt-Out of Arbitration: You may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of creating your account. Your opt-out notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you decline the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe may harm the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Intellectual Property) shall survive.
